1. What you'll get. By checking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Lalita Laing Media at the number you provided. Messages may include:
   • replies to your inquiry and call-back follow-ups (including a text if we missed your call)
   • appointment and consultation scheduling, confirmations and reminders
   • service updates for clients, such as monthly Google profile reports, setup steps and billing notices
   • (only if you checked the separate marketing box) occasional offers and news about our services
2. Message frequency varies. For example, a few messages per inquiry, and typically up to 4 per month for active clients.
3. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.
4. Opt out anytime. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) to stop receiving messages. We'll send one final confirmation text and nothing more unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

6. Consent isn't required to buy. You don't have to agree to texts to use our services.
7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
