This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, fill out our forms, call or text us, or use our services. Our services are Google Business Profile setup and management, plus text-message follow-up tools for local businesses.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, business name, email, mobile phone number, business address, and anything you type into a form or message.
  • Text-message records: your opt-in consent (date, time, source), the messages we send and receive, and opt-out requests.
  • Automatic information: basic website data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, used to run and improve the site.
  • Client business information: when you hire us, the account access you choose to grant (for example, manager access to your Google Business Profile) and the business details needed to do the work.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to inquiries and give you quotes
  • To provide, manage and bill for our services
  • To send the text messages you agreed to receive (see our SMS Terms)
  • To keep records of consent and opt-outs, as required by law and carrier rules
  • To secure, maintain and improve our website and services

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email provider and website host. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
  • As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, under these same protections.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messaging

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting and consent-record requirements. After that we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link or email [email protected].
  • Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time, as applicable law requires.
  • Cookies: you can block cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
